桂林乐尔医疗器械有限公司成立于2007年2月2日，是一家专业从事医疗器械研发、生产和销售的企业。公司生产基地位于桂林市西城经济开发区鲁山工业区鲁山路13号，拥有规范化的生产环境、先进的生产设施、达到市级技术中心评定标准的研发实验室。
建立了完善的质量管理体系，已获得《医疗器械生产许可证》《ISO13485质量管理体系认证》及《CE产品证书》等资质，并获得多项发明专利和实用新型专利。
公司设有营销部、技术部、体系中心、质管部、生产部、采购部、财务部、行政部共八个部门。
公司产品涵盖三大类别：
电化学类：包括血脂试纸，血糖试纸、尿酸试纸、总胆固醇试纸、血红蛋白试纸等；
干化学试纸类：如尿液分析试纸条、肾功能三项测试卡等；
仪器类：包括多参数分析仪、血糖仪等。
公司的生产区域布局科学合理，设有一般清洁车间、10万级洁净车间、万级洁净微生物室，检验室以及成品、原料、包材仓库。其中，电化学试纸车间和干化学试纸车间均达到10万级洁净标准，仪器车间铺设防静电自流平地面，充分保障产品质量与生产环境要求。
